Much of my work has been in payments and the tools operations teams use every day. I’ve also worked on cloud infrastructure and AI support systems. Below are projects you can try, with notes on how I built them.

These demos run in your browser with fictional data. You can also run the code locally. I’ve written about the decisions behind each project and what I tested.
PHP · Laravel · Learning platform
Read lessons, answer quizzes and earn a completion certificate. The Laravel app also lets instructors publish courses and import learners from CSV files.
Tests check private certificates, repeated submissions and import retries. The public demo runs the learner journey in your browser.

I extracted this reader from Fieldnotes Academy so other PHP apps can use it. Row numbers let the calling application save its place and resume an import.
Published on Packagist. Framework-independent PHP. Tested on PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5.
Payment operations · PostgreSQL
LedgerDesk checks with the provider before retrying an uncertain transfer. You can follow each attempt in the payment’s history.
21 backend tests; provider restart and database restore tested.
Distributed delivery · Node.js · SQLite
Take a cache offline and watch deliveries reroute. The separate local engine transfers files over HTTP and recovers jobs when workers stop.
9 engine integration tests; stale ownership and worker termination covered.

Ask about a payment guide and open the passages used in the answer. Account questions go to a review queue.
40 authored regression cases; 5 live smoke cases. Independent answer-quality evaluation remains outstanding.
Transit · React · Deterministic simulation
Close a bridge and watch the bus queues grow. Then try a detour or send another bus. You can follow the same journey as a passenger.
10 simulation tests and 4 browser scenarios, including the complete rider journey.

Jul 2025 – Present
I build internal administration software using Next.js and NestJS, with PostgreSQL. My work includes Xero accounting sync, liquidity transfers and Wema Bank payouts. I also implement country-specific compliance rules and approval controls. External-service mocks let us test the accounting and payment integrations.
Apr 2023 – Jul 2025 · Contract
I built an LLM customer-support assistant with LangGraph and designed transaction risk-analysis workflows using vector search and retrieval-augmented generation. I also worked on Java and PHP/Laravel services for markets serving hundreds of thousands of users.
Dec 2021 – Feb 2023
I built distributed web applications and automated background processing on Azure. The work used C#, Python and TypeScript, with Node.js services. Azure Service Bus and Durable Orchestration Functions handled the workflows; Application Insights supported issue logging.
Jun 2020 – Nov 2022 · Contract
I maintained an artifact-distribution system and migrated services from on-premise infrastructure to AWS. I also upgraded services to support Kubernetes. The work involved Java, Go and Python, with distributed data stores.
May 2018 – Nov 2020
I built the frontend and backend for fare collection and fleet tracking. A web demo delivered within six months helped the company win its first LAMATA contract. I also developed an API gateway and worked on the move to microservices.
Jan 2017 – Mar 2018
I developed software for the Deja-Vu Platform. Alongside implementation, I reviewed code and wrote unit and integration tests. I also maintained the technical documentation and system specifications.
03 / Foundations
First Class Honours in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, with a 4.53/5 CGPA.
Represented Nigeria at the 2011 International Mathematical Olympiad. Bronze medalist at the 2010 International Junior Science Olympiad.
